"Items Marked on Special or Closeout/Clearance" Policy

All items that are marked on "Reduced Prices" or "Specials" or any discount applied to their original cost (such as the 30% discount posted on our site during slow seasons) and from the "Overstock/Clearance/Closeouts" section are considered Final Sales and no refund would be given to anyone. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Only exchange of the same kind of item would be allowed. If you do not want to exchange item bought for something else from the same kind then we are not able to issue you a Return Authorization Number which means that even if you send them back here to us, your package would not be accepted without obtaining first a RAN from Portara.com.

If customer wants to make an exchange for another item of the same kind, then a return would be permitted with the following rules: customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return back to us and minus 10% restocking fee, plus the new shipping costs for the new item chosen. We cannot issue a return label or credit your return shipping costs. (Would you expect a retail store to pay your time and driving expense to return an item to them?). You must fill out the Customer Return/Exchange Form below and submit to us. After we receive your form filled, we are going to email you the RAN and you must send back the merchandise in its original condition and packaging and the RAN to be clearly shown in the front of the package. We highly recommend that you insure the package for its full value.

If you buy an item at a certain price and then at a later time you see it at Reduced Price or On Special for the Month, you are not eligible for a refund for the difference (at that later time). You (the Customer) are responsible for the price seen on our web site at the time of your purchase and you are going to be charged that price. Always after placing an order you receive a Confirmation Email with your order and the cost of the products you have ordered. Refund for the price difference would not be given to anyone because we deal with IMPORTED ITEMS that cannot be replaced immediately or in a short time frame and we also deal with time sensitive events that require fast production/preparation and reliable delivery time.

 

Examples:

If you buy a baptismal outfit that is on Special price for this month and you do not like it, then you can exchange it for a different baptismal outfit meeting the above criteria. If you buy a pair of wedding crowns that are on Special price for the month and you do not like them, then you can exchange them for another pair of wedding crowns after meeting the above criteria.

If you buy an item at a certain price and then at a later time you see it at Reduced Price or On Special for the Month, you are not eligible for a refund for the difference (at that later time). Many items through out our web site are being put on sale periodicaly for a certain period of  a time and if you see that item at a later time on Sale, that does not mean you are eligible to get a Refund for the pricfe difference (the price you paid at the time of your purchase and the reduced price you see at a later time.)
