All items that are marked on "Specials" for the month and from the "Clearance/Closeouts" section are considered final sales and no refund would be given to anyone. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Only exchange of the same kind of item would be allowed. If you do not want to exchange item bought for something else from the same kind then we are not able to issue you a Return Authorization Number which means that even if you send them back here to us, your package would not be accepted without obtaining first a RAN from Portara.com.
If customer wants to make an exchange for another item of the same kind, then a return would be permitted with the following rules: customer is responsible for shipping costs associated to the return back to us and minus 10% restocking fee, plus the new shipping costs for the new item chosen. We cannot issue a return label or credit your return shipping costs. (Would you expect a retail store to pay your time and driving expense to return an item to them?). You must fill out the Customer Return/Exchange Form below and submit to us. After we receive your form filled, we are going to email you the RAN and you must send back the merchandise in its original condition and packaging and the RAN to be clearly shown in the front of the package. We highly recommend that you insure the package for its full value.
Examples: If you buy a baptismal outfit that is on Special price for this month and you do not like it, then you can exchange it for a different baptismal outfit meeting the above criteria. If you buy a pair of wedding crowns that are on Special price for the month and you do not like them, then you can exchange them for another pair of wedding crowns after meeting the above criteria.
